Each week every paid plan asks every buyer question you track on all four and records which businesses each answer names, which sources it uses and how it describes your brand. So you see where you are named, where a competitor is named instead and which page or source explains the difference.

### Can I try VerifiedDR before paying?

Yes. Free shows you where you stand: DR and the full Trust Map for any website, link partners to browse, 2 exchange proposals a month and a basic SEO report. A paid plan gets you growing: more exchange proposals every month, every match checked on topic, DR and traffic, a new plan each week, and weekly tracking of your DR, TrueDR, backlinks, Google rankings and how often AI names your business.

### Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Every plan is billed monthly, or yearly at 30% off, and you can cancel from your billing page at any time. You keep the plan until the end of the month or year you paid for, then your account returns to the free tier with your history kept. You can move up or down a plan whenever you like.

### How many link exchange proposals can I send?

Start includes 20 link exchange proposals a month, Grow 50 and Scale has no limit. Grow and Scale also run auto-exchange, which finds matching partners and sends the proposals for you. Every match is checked on topic, DR and traffic first.

### Does a free listing get a dofollow backlink?

Yes, with the badge. A listing verified with the badge links out dofollow for as long as the badge stays live. Listings verified through DNS or a file link nofollow. On a paid plan, every website on your account links back dofollow without the badge.

### Where do the backlinks come from?

From verified websites on VerifiedDR that exchange links on topic. Every match is checked on topic, DR and traffic before you see it, and the links come from partners who accept your exchange. On a plan, your listing on VerifiedDR links back dofollow from day 1. We also watch the links you already have and help win back the ones that drop.

### What if I have multiple websites?

One plan covers every website on your account. Verified websites are unlimited on every plan, and each one gets its own weekly plan and tracking. Your tracked questions, search terms and exchange proposals are counted per website.

### What do I get each week?

Your weekly plan shows which link to build and which partner to contact, and who needs a follow-up. Weekly tracking shows your DR, TrueDR and traffic, the backlinks you gained and lost, your Google rankings and how often AI names your business, so you see what the work changed.

### Is there a guarantee?

Yes, for the first 90 days of your plan. Your Domain Rating is higher on day 90 of your plan than on day 1, or you get a full refund. On Grow we send 20 exchange proposals for you in the first 90 days, on Scale 50, or you get a full refund. We save your day-1 baseline for the website you pick, and your day-90 report measures against it. We do not guarantee rankings, AI citations or traffic. They depend on Google, the AI tools and the work that gets done.

### What is a buyer question, and how many can I track?

A question a buyer asks AI before choosing, for example "best invoicing software for freelancers". Each week your plan asks that question on ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI and Claude and records which businesses the answers name. Start tracks 25 buyer questions, Grow 75 and Scale 200. The first questions are drawn from your website. You can edit them, add your own and change them whenever you like.

### What is the difference between Start, Grow and Scale?

All three build backlinks and track your progress. Start sends 20 exchange proposals a month and tracks 20 search terms and 25 AI buyer questions. Grow is the plan for most websites: 50 proposals a month, auto-exchange that finds and contacts partners for you, 50 search terms and 75 buyer questions. Scale has no limit on proposals, tracks 100 search terms and 200 buyer questions and comes with personal support.

### Can I track a market other than the US?

Yes, and per question rather than per account. Every buyer question carries its own country, so one website can track "best CRM for small business" from the United States and the same question from Germany, and see two different sets of competitors. Google AI switches its location, and ChatGPT and Perplexity pin their web search to that country. Questions default to a global answer until you set one.

### Do you send an invoice?

Yes. Checkout collects your company details and VAT number, and every payment comes with a regular invoice. For purchase orders, procurement paperwork or API access across many websites, contact us about Enterprise.

### What counts as an API call?

Verified free accounts get 25 lifetime calls for public visibility reads and AI Visibility setup, limited to 5 calls per minute. Running a scan requires a paid plan. Start includes 1,000 calls per month across the full API, Grow 5,000 and Scale 10,000.

### What happened to Monitor and the 90-day programs?

Every plan now does both: it builds links each month and tracks everything Monitor tracked. Programs and Monitor subscriptions bought before keep running on their terms until they end or you cancel, and you can move to a monthly plan at any time.
