How is the Visibility Score measured?
Your site tracks up to 20 buying-intent questions, seeded from your own keywords. Every run asks each question on ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Mode, then reads the answers back and records whether your brand appears, which brands appear instead, and which pages the answers cite. The score is the share of answers that name you, split per platform.
Do the questions mention my brand?
No. Naming your brand in the question biases the answer. Tracked questions are neutral buying-intent questions like the ones a real buyer would type, so the score reflects whether assistants recommend you unprompted.
How often can I run it?
Full multi-platform runs are Pro and start when you press the button, capped at one per site per week. A daily ChatGPT-only pulse keeps the score moving between full runs for your first 3 verified sites. Free accounts get one 10-question ChatGPT baseline scan per account, with the questions editable before the run.
Which AI platforms are covered?
ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Mode. Claude, the standalone Gemini app, and Grok are not covered, and we do not report an invented citation-volume metric for them.
Is this the same as social listening or brand monitoring?
No. Classic brand monitoring tools watch social posts, news, and forums. VerifiedDR measures whether AI assistants recommend you when a buyer asks, and which sources shape those answers. The two are complementary, not substitutes.
