Agreement To These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of VerifiedDR. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

In Short

Use the service under the law and keep your account safe. The full terms below set the legal limits for both sides.

The Service

VerifiedDR lets you discover, track, and compare websites by Domain Rating and traffic, submit your own site, and explore the leaderboard. We may add, change, or remove features as the product evolves.

Accounts And Security

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must notify us if you believe someone accessed your account without permission.

You may not create or control multiple accounts for any reason, including to bypass limits, avoid enforcement, or circumvent a paid tier, subscription requirement, quota, usage restriction, or other commercial term.

Acceptable Use

Use the service under the law and respect the rights of others. Keep malicious content away from the service. Respect security and fair use limits. Use your true identity and access rights.

Plans, payment and cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your settings and keep access until the end of the paid period. The prices on the pricing page apply.

A plan covers every website on your account. While it runs, each of those websites gets a dofollow link from its VerifiedDR listing, with or without the badge.

Guarantees and refunds

Plan guarantees. They cover the first 90 days of the first plan on your account, counted from the day it started. That also holds for customers who were already on a plan on 27 October 2026: their 90 days count from their own start, and the baseline is saved when they pick their guarantee website. You get them once per account. If you cancel before day 90, they end with the plan. A refund covers everything you paid for the plan in those 90 days. A plan that misses both guarantees is refunded once.

DR guarantee. When you pick your guarantee website, we save its Domain Rating as the day-1 baseline. Your day-90 report shows its Domain Rating again, from the same source. If it is not higher than the baseline, reply to that report and we refund you. Domain Rating is a whole number, so it has to go up by at least one point. The guarantee covers Domain Rating only, not TrueDR, rankings, AI citations or traffic.

Delivery guarantee. Grow includes 20 exchange proposals in the first 90 days and Scale 50. A proposal counts when it is sent from your guarantee website, by you or by us. The plan you are on at day 90 sets the number. If fewer went out, reply to your day-90 report and we refund you. It covers the work sent, not how many links go live. Start has no delivery guarantee.

Programs and Monitor sold before 27 October 2026

Monitor subscriptions keep the price they were sold at and run as the plan of their size: Monitor as Start, Monitor Plus as Grow and Monitor Pro as Scale.

A growth program was a one-time payment for 90 days of work on one website. It does not renew. While it runs, the account gets the plan of its tier: Grow as Grow, Scale and Managed as Scale. Running programs keep the promise they were sold with. Your Domain Rating is higher on day 90 than on your day-1 baseline, or you get a full refund. Every exchange proposal your program includes goes out by day 90, or you get a full refund. We do not guarantee a ranking, AI citations or traffic. They depend on Google, the AI tools and the work that gets done. What every program does promise is the work itself. On day 1 we save your baseline: Domain Rating, TrueDR and the websites linking to you. Your dofollow backlink goes live the same day. We send exchange proposals to matching websites for you, the first ones in week one. Your program shows how many are done. Each week you get a plan with the next steps. Every link that goes live is listed by URL on your program timeline. On day 90 you get a before and after report against that baseline.

If it is not higher than the baseline, reply to your day-90 report and we refund the full amount paid for that program. Domain Rating is a whole number, so it has to go up by at least one point. The guarantee covers Domain Rating only. It does not cover TrueDR, rankings, AI citations or traffic. A program missing both this and the delivery guarantee is refunded once. It applies to programs bought on or after 17 October 2026.

Delivery guarantee. Grow includes 20 exchange proposals. Scale and Managed include 50 exchange proposals. A proposal counts when it is sent from the campaign website, by you or by us. If fewer than the included number went out by day 90, reply to your day-90 report and we refund the full amount paid for that program. The guarantee covers the work sent. It does not cover how many links go live, rankings or traffic; Domain Rating has the DR guarantee. It applies to programs bought on or after 29 September 2026.

Programs bought before 15 September 2026 keep the growth guarantee they were sold with: at least 5 new websites linking to the campaign website by day 90, the included backlink not counted, or a full refund of the amount paid for that program.

Third-Party Services

The service relies on third-party infrastructure and integrations, including hosting, authentication, storage, analytics, email, and rate limiting providers. Your use of connected third-party services may also be governed by their terms and policies.

Disclaimers

Apart from the plan guarantees above, the service is provided as is and as available. The law may allow us to limit implied warranties. These include merchantability, fitness for a purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted operation.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VerifiedDR will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. The updated terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
