Common questions
Can I try VerifiedDR before paying?
You can add websites, set up AI search questions, track DR and TrueDR, use the full Trust Map and download a basic SEO report for free. That free scan is also the day-0 picture your program's before and after report is measured against.
Is this a subscription?
No. A program is one payment for 90 days. Nothing renews, nothing auto-charges and there is nothing to cancel. If you want another 90 days after your report, you choose to renew yourself.
I have more than one website. How does that work?
Each website gets its own program, Day-1 baseline, weekly steps, and day-90 report. Your second campaign gets 15% off. A third campaign gets 25% off. The Agency plan fits teams that run many sites.
What do I get each week?
A rescan of every question you track on ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI, your share of voice against the competitors those answers name, and a prioritized action drop for the week. Each action points at the page, source or partner it came from, so the work turns into visibility and pipeline rather than another dashboard to read.
What happens at day 90?
Your program ends with a report against the Day-1 baseline. You keep the report and your tracked history. Renew for another 90 days or keep monitoring from $29/month. Your account returns to the free tier when you choose neither option.
How does the 90-day growth guarantee work?
On day 1, we save your Domain Rating and the number of websites that link to you. We compare both numbers on day 90. If neither number grows, we refund the full amount you paid.
What is an AI search prompt?
One buyer question tracked on your behalf, for example "best invoicing software for freelancers". One AI search checks that question on ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI. During a program, Start tracks 25 questions with 125 searches per month. Grow tracks 75 with 375 searches, and Scale tracks 200 with 1,000 searches.
Can I track a market other than the US?
Yes, and per prompt rather than per account. Every AI search prompt carries its own target country, so one website can track "best CRM for small business" from the United States and the same question from Germany, and see two different sets of competitors. Google AI switches its location, and the ChatGPT and Perplexity runs pin their web search to that country. Prompts default to a global answer until you set one.
Do you send an invoice?
Yes. Checkout collects your company details and VAT number, and the one-time program payment comes with a regular invoice. Agencies and teams that need the API across many websites can take the Agency subscription instead. For purchase orders or procurement paperwork, contact us about Enterprise.
What counts as an API call?
Verified free accounts get 25 lifetime calls for public visibility reads and AI Visibility setup, limited to 5 calls per minute. Running a scan requires an active program or the Agency subscription. During a program, Start includes 1,000 calls per month across the full API.
Does VerifiedDR offer link building?
Yes. The marketplace connects you with verified publishers that offer relevant placements. You can review each website's trust profile before you buy. Paid placements use the right link attribute. Growth programs do not bundle marketplace purchases. They rank useful opportunities as weekly actions, and you choose which ones to buy. Each program also includes one link from your campaign website's listing while the program runs.
